Strip the Streets is a region wide campaign with the participation of more than 11 local high schools and is designed at raising awareness about homelessness in the region. The event will be held from Friday, February 26th to Saturday, February 27th. See Mr. Bulmer for more information.

Local Focus 3 is having a film festival. The OneEarth Club's Before It's Too Late video will be shown there.

The Residential Energy Efficiency Project (REEP) and University of Waterloo, Faculty of Environment invite you to Our 2nd Annual Earth Day Energy Showcase Saturday, April 24th, 2010 at Kitchener City Hall Rotunda. Once again, in celebration of Earth Day we will be hosting a showcase of speakers and exhibitors at the Kitchener City Hall Rotunda. We are partnering with Kitchener's Living Earth Festival as one of its many events.
